I managed logistics for the competition, overseeing PD timelines and coordinating various aspects of the in-person execution. This included working closely with Lenovo to arrange event spaces and ensure smooth event flow. I also handled event decor, technical setups, and communication with participants to ensure everything ran seamlessly.

I mentored 50+ students throughout the competition, offering weekly technical support and encouragement as they worked on their coding projects. Some of the teams I mentored ended up winning 2nd and 3rd place, which was amazing to see! I made sure they not only did well in the competition but also gained skills they could use in the future. Here’s a picture of some of the awesome students I mentored and got close with over the year. Their hard work and dedication were seriously inspiring!
